Throwing Some Rocks

Every boy loves to throw rocks into water.....over and over again....pure entertainment. We took the boys to Lake Ontario this weekend - it was beautiful out - low 70's with a bright sunny sky. There were lots of sailboats out and we watched them come off the lake and head towards Youngstown for the evening. Here are some pics.

It Came Too Fast...

Yes, it is true..the first day of Kindergarten is here. I stood up on the ladder of his bunk bed last night and prayed for my little boy that he would be protected..loved..tought..and cared for in a new way today. That brings many tears to my eyes as I have had him with me for so many years and now he moving onto a whole new adventure. He is so looking forward to craft time, computers, art and all the other fun things he will get to do. He is hoping a Field Trip comes soon!!! I will miss him and so will Matthew.

Brett just called to say he found his spot with the green peas in the cafeteria just fine and even daddy had a few tears in his eyes as he left him there will all the other kids.
