Last week I captured this picture of Brenna after she had picked up one of Matthew's arrows, placed it in her mouth and took off crawling with him chasing her. I laughed as I thought how much she plays with boys toys and loves them. Just after this, the UPS truck arrived with a package from Renee and Lydia. In it was our first Princess Dress..I gave Brenna a quick bath and let her try it on. 
How fun to see her in a "girly" outfit. I am sure there will be lots of dress-up play with this on for years to come. The fun thing is that it matches the dress of the Cinderella Doll that Ella and Janine sent her for her Birthday...at last some girl toys.,.. but she sure loves that bow and arrow set!!

What a pretty dress! This past weekend, Renee got Lydia a water cannon and asked me to teach her how to use it. Once she figured it out, I would have bet that she would shoot me with it. Not the case -- she decided she'd gently water the flowers with it. What a girl! Too funny. Cheers to our girls' and their toys.

Brenna will be just like her Aunt Janine; I LOVED playing with my brothers' toys; boy toys RULE! Miss you little Brenna! Ella smiled really big when she saw you dressed up like a little princess and said, "Mommy! Look! It's baby Cinderella!"
