Matthew ran his 1st 5K this June - and he did great!!
Brenna and Mommy did the walk that morning while the boys all took off for the run and then we met up with them.
We got to wash Josh chase down an older runner....and pass him!
Then came Brett and Matthew - he sure worked hard and finished strong! I think there will be many more races to come.

I like the video. Does Brett pace him? how did he get ready for it/ how often does he run?
