Road Trip Part 4 - Attica, IN

Grandpa DeSutters Farm - Attica Indiana

Finally, we made it down to where I grew up.  We first visited with Grandpa and Grandma DeSutter in town before going out to Uncle Joe and Aunt Carol's in the country. 

Uncle Joe and Aunt Carol thought the kids would like picking out the corn for the dinner that night - they sure did.  I also think that they would have loved a big hide-and-seek game in the fields

 but I was a bit afraid they would get lost.

The next morning my cousin Jill came out with her three kids for a long visit.  We could have 

stayed all day if we were able.  It was so nice to watch the cousins all play together and visit with 

Aunt Carol and Jill.  It is times like those that I really miss my family and am so glad we 

had the chance to go back this summer.  

After one final visit with the grandparents we loaded up again for the trek down to Indianapolis.
